The REAL MVPs🏆

Behind every great leader is a mom and/or dad...

Josh Allen won this year's NFL Most Valuable Player.

And if you listen to his speech, he looks at his parents sitting in the crowd...

"Mom. Dad. I wouldn't be here without you."

He also mentions how they also impacted his sisters and brother.

I don’t know much about his upbringing and parents' financial situation…

But I’m gonna guess they supplied much more encouragement, love, time, and guidance than anything material.

To reach that level of excellence and be the leader of a team, he needed the same level of excellence of support at home.

Support that he received his entire life.

Accept that this level of excellence gets no trophy.

No acceptance speeches.

No statues.

On 24/7.

365 days for over twenty years.

But if you ask me who was happier that night...

It's the guy sitting in the audience with tears in his eyes, watching one of his kids live out their dreams.

Imagine if everyone got that kind of support.

The days are long, and the years are short.

You got this, Moms and Dads. (Unsung heroes)

Stay focused.

When you lose focus, they lose focus.

When you drift, they drift.

Take breaks.

Horseplay in the living room. Dance in the kitchen.

Play hard.

Encourage a kid who isn’t yours because they might not get enough at home.

LET’S GO!!

In your corner,

Greg

P.S. If this gives you the chills or you need an extra spark, let me know what keeps you focused as a parent or where you need the most support. 😊
